UFC 67: All or Nothing was a mixed martial arts event held by Ultimate Fighting Championship. The event was held Saturday, February 3, 2007 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada. It was also the first UFC pay-per-view broadcast in High-Definition.

This event was the first UFC pay-per-view event since UFC 60 to have no championship bouts on the card. In the main event, the middleweight winner of The Ultimate Fighter 4, Travis Lutter was scheduled to challenge middleweight champion Anderson Silva for the Middleweight title, however he was not able to make weight and the fight was changed to a non-title contest.[2] The welterweight winner of The Ultimate Fighter 4, Matt Serra, was also scheduled to challenge the welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre. However, St. Pierre injured a knee during training and the bout was postponed.[3]

Two former PRIDE stars made their debuts in the UFC at this event. 2006 PRIDE Open-weight Grand Prix Champion Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipović made his debut in the United States and in the UFC at UFC 67 against Eddie Sanchez.[4][5] Quinton Jackson – whose contract was acquired by the UFC after Zuffa's buyout of the World Fighting Alliance – made his debut against Marvin Eastman, whose contract with the WFA was also bought by Zuffa. Eastman has an early win over Jackson in the KOTC promotion.[6] Lyoto Machida also made his UFC debut.

Hazelett defeats Saraiva by unanimous decisions. All three judges scored the bout 30-27 for Hazelett. This preliminary bout was not aired on the broadcast. Saraiva was a replacement for Melvin Guillard, who withdrew from the card due to a hand injury.[7]
Machida defeats Hoger by unanimous decisions. All three judges scored the bout 30-27 for Machida. This preliminary bout was not aired on the broadcast.
Edgar defeats Griffin by unanimous decision. Judges scored the bout 29-28, 29-28, and 30-27 for Edgar. The bout, although preliminary, was aired on the broadcast.

[edit] Main card

Côté defeats Smith by unanimous decision. The three judges scored the bout 30-27 for Côté, who earns his first official victory in the UFC in five appearances. During the post fight interview, Côté reacted to the fans in attendance, who were booing inactivity throughout the fight.
Jackson defeats Eastman by knockout due to strikes at 3:49 in round two.
Huerta defeats Halverson by technical knockout due to strikes from the back mount at :19 in round one. After Huerta delivered what appeared to be a knee strike to the head of Halverson, who was on his knees and not in position for a legal knee strike, Huerta was warned to not attack Halverson's head with knees by referee Yves Lavigne. In the post-fight interview, Huerta asserted that the knee actually landed on Halverson's shoulder, which the replay appeared to have confirmed.[8]
Filipović defeats Sanchez by technical knockout due to strikes at 4:33 in round one.
In the main event of the evening, Anderson Silva defeats Travis Lutter by submission at 2:11 in round two. Silva landed an upkick that set up the finish, a triangle choke with elbow strikes, which Silva delivered to the top of Lutter's head.[9] After the fight, Lutter asserts that the triangle choke, not the elbow strikes, was what caused him to tap out.[10] The bout, originally scheduled to be a title defense for Silva, was changed to a non-title match when Travis Lutter failed to weigh in at the contracted weight for the title fight.
