The following was removed from this article as being unverifiable and poorly written almost to the point of incomprehensibility. The editor who began this article, User:Darin Fidika, has contributed much of the same quality. I am nevertheless preserving it in case another editor who can make sense of it, and verify the content, can re-add it to the article in a meaningful and useful way.

"Akisada continuously fought against a different branch of Uesugi. Akisada fought against the Uesugi with Ashikaga Shigeuji and conducted battles at Sanemakihara, Nanasawa, and Sugaya. Akisada became very distracted by the independent way of Nagao Tamekage of the Echigo Province. During Akisada's efforts to put Tamekage in line, he ended up getting killed."

[edit] Notability

I've just added a bit more information to help secure notability, based on a conversation some months ago with Kuuzo. I am still hoping to come across some more about his life and career prior to this defeat, but in the meantime I think it's alright. LordAmeth 00:03, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
