Play in Group C of the UEFA Euro 2004 completed on June 22, 2004. The top three teams all finished with five points, with Sweden winning the group on goal difference, and advancing to the second round, along with Denmark. Italy went out on goal difference, along with Bulgaria, who lost all three games.
