The following football stadiums are claimed to have UEFA's 4-star rating, enabling them to host the finals of the UEFA Cup. All have seated capacities in excess of 30,000 spectators and meet a number of additional quality criteria.

5-star rated stadiums (capacity over 50,000 spectators, plus additional quality criteria not required for 4-star stadiums) may hold the finals of the UEFA Champions League and finals of the UEFA Cup. None of the current 4-star stadiums seats over 50,000.
