BUAFL Team

The UEA Pirates used to be a member of the British Collegiate American Football League (BCAFL), however in 2007 moved to the British Universities American Football League (BUAFL). The UEA Pirates were one of the first southern teams to enter BCAFL, and have a long and inconsistent history. Though the Pirates have remained a competitive team throughout, they only have five playoff appearances to their credit and have not won a playoff contest since reaching the College Bowl in 1991.
