Udo Kiessling (born May 21, 1955 in Crimmitschau, Germany) is a retired ice hockey player. He participated at the 1976 Winter Olympics. He also played one game for the Minnesota North Stars. He was inducted into the International Ice Hockey Federation Hall of Fame in 2000.
