The movie is about Kunju's belief in agrarian prosperity. He forges his father's will to grab even his sister's land. The film portrays him as an autocratic father. However, the sons are no better because they want the father's money without doing any work except playing cards and gambling. The film seems to justify the sons' need to grab the father's money and their deep desire to see him cry. The story is about a bad father and even worse children.
