I have never seen any evidence that Guru Nanak went to Italy or Rome. Can someone provide a reference to this? this story is fake. Guru Nanak was not muslim. How he can be called prophet? Non muslims are not allowed to enter in Makkah. This story is just to attract muslims to sikh religion. Sikhism is different religion from Islam.
