The issue of {{fair use disputed}} is not explained and was added with a normal fair-use tag. It appears the person adding the tag wanted to play it safe. However, with FairUseBot deleting things without any discerning eye and only because it was tagged with {{fair use disputed}} (even if there's open discussion; the bot assumes the person who tagged a dispute is correct), I'm going through and checking on these disputes to make sure the bots don't ruin what the humans have created and removed tags of those that are unfairly removed.
