UCI Track Cycling World Championships - Men's Omnium
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Men's Omnium at the UCI Track Cycling World Championships was first competed at the 2007 Championships in Spain.
The Omnium consists of five events (a 200m flying start time trial, 5km scratch race, 3km individual pursuit, 15km points race and a 1km time trial). The placing a rider achieves in each event is converted to points, and the rider with the fewest points at the end of the competition wins.[1]
