Uchinada, Ishikawa

Uchinada (内灘町 Uchinada-machi?) is a town located in Kahoku District, Ishikawa, Japan.
As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 26,907 and a density of 1,320.26 persons per km². The total area is 20.38 km².
Uchinada is a small beach town and a suburb of Kanazawa, the capital of Ishikawa Prefecture.
Uchinada is internationally known for its kite festival that occurs in May.[citation needed]
The Medical School of Kanazawa is located in Uchinada.
