Ubiratan Pereira Maciel (born January 18, 1944 in São Paulo - died July 17, 2002 in São José dos Campos) was a basketball player from Brazil. Often regarded as the greatest Brazilian center of all time,[1][2] Maciel won a total of 8 medals in Olympic Games, World Championships, and Pan American Games.
