The UBC Winter Sports Centre is a to-be-constructed arena located in the University Endowment Lands, just outside of the city limits of Vancouver, British Columbia on the campus of the University of British Columbia. The arena, which will feature a 6,650-seat main ice rink along with two other rinks, will be constructed from April 2006 to April 2008 and used for men's and women's ice hockey in the 2010 Winter Olympics and sledge hockey in the 2010 Winter Paralympics.
Beginning in the 2008-09 season, barring any unforeseen delays, it will become home to the UBC Thunderbirds men's and women's ice hockey teams.
