Uale Mai

Uale "Vala" Mai is a Samoan sevens player. He is the captain of the team and also their top try and points scorer in the IRB World Sevens Series. He is the only Samoan to have received a nomination for the International Rugby Board Awards. He won the IRB International Sevens Player of the Year award in 2006 on Nov. 26 in Glasgow's historic Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Britain.
