U.S. Scouting Service Project

The U.S. Scouting Service Project (USSSP) is one of the largest online collections of Scouting resource materials. USSSP is organized as a non-profit corporation founded in 1998 named "The U.S. Scouting Service Project, Inc." and is maintained by volunteer Scouters. it is not formally associated with the Boy Scouts of America (www.scouting.org)or the World Organization of the Scout Movement (www.scout.org).

The USSSP website has several areas of interesting resources, being mostly a combination of file servers and sites with links to other sites.
- Clipart - a collection of scanned images, clipart and other files
- Macscouter - a collection of scouting resources, including ceremonies, planning guides, etc.
- Netcommish - a set of resources specifically designed to support commissioners.
- Scoutmaster.org - a collection of useful links for Scoutmasters and Scout leaders.
- Cubmaster.org - a complete set of resources and links for Cub Scout leaders.
- Scoutcamp.org - resources to support camping.
- Jambo.org - information about the 2005 National Scout Jamboree.
- WorldScouting.org - Links to international scouting sites.

The Boy Scouts of America started the organization to help influence young boys to join scouting from all over the world. So far, many countries have joined, and peace has been made in the BSA community.
