U.S. Highway 84 (US-84), internally designated by the Alabama Department of Transportation as State Route 12 (SR-12), is a major east-west state highway across the southern part of the U.S. state of Alabama.

US-84 passes through a series of smaller towns and communities. Dothan, in the southeastern corner of the state, is the only city whose population exceeds 50,000 that the route passes through.
