U.S. Route 641 is a spur of U.S. Route 41. It currently runs for 132 miles (212 km) from Marion, Kentucky at U.S. Route 60 to Holladay, Tennessee at Interstate 40. Its passes through the states of Kentucky and Tennessee. US 641 overlaps U.S. Highway 62 between Gilbertsville, Kentucky and Fairview, Kentucky.
