U.S. Route 50 Business is a business route of U.S. Route 50 in the city of Salisbury in Wicomico County, Maryland. The route was created in 2003 when an extension of the Salisbury Bypass between U.S. Route 13 north of Salisbury and U.S. Route 50 northwest of Salisbury was completed, allowing U.S. Route 50 to bypass Salisbury.

U.S. Route 50 Business starts out from U.S. Route 50 northwest of Salisbury. It enters the city of Salisbury, where the route is known as Salisbury Parkway. Just west of the bridge with the Wicomico River, Business US 50 intersects Maryland Route 349. The route then crosses the Wicomico River and passes through downtown Salisbury as a boulevard with many traffic lights. The route then features an interchange with U.S. Route 13 Business, which is also known as Salisbury Boulevard. Business US 50 continues east and intersects Maryland Route 346 and then Mount Hermon Road, which connects to Maryland Route 350. U.S. Route 50 Business then ends at an interchange with the US 13/US 50 Salisbury Bypass east of Salisbury.
