U.S. Route 341 is a spur of U.S. Route 41. It currently runs southeasterly for 226 miles (364 km) from Barnesville, Georgia at U.S. Route 41 to Brunswick, Georgia where it ends at its junction with U.S. Route 17 near the Sidney Lanier Bridge. Its run is entirely within the state of Georgia.
