Unione Sportiva Ponte San Pietro Isola (usually referred to as Pontisola) is an Italian football club located in Ponte San Pietro and Terno d'Isola, Lombardy. It currently plays in Eccellenza. Its colors are blue and white.
Ponte San Pietro was founded in 1910 in the town of Ponte San Pietro as Società Sportiva Vita Nota and changed its denomination to Unione Sportiva Ponte San Pietro in 1950. In 2007 the club merged with F.C. Isola, from the nearby town of Terno d'Isola and changed its name to the current one.
The side spend the 1947-48 season in Serie B.
