How can it be considered "Limited access" if there is cross traffic from the county routes? 67.162.65.92 22:13, 18 July 2006 (UTC)

In fact, it is limited access only from Eau Claire to Rice lake and from Superior to where US 2 splits off. All other intersections on the road are at-grade with the exception of only WIS 70.
