[edit] Regarding merge
It think it's a fairly obvious merge, it's the same team! Not sure which one should be the redirect though. --Eivindt@c 14:25, 7 May 2006 (UTC)
Yes it is quite clear that anyone with the time and inclination should go ahead and do it. Whoever you are, regard yourself as trusted to choose which of the pages should be the redirect! Ian Spackman 12:55, 2 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] What’s happening here?
It may very well be that there is a merge-in-progress and that all will soon be well. But I would swear that until recently there were two articles on this football club, and that a lot of good information from one of them is currently missing. —Ian Spackman 14:01, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
- Hi! I don't know what happend neither. Anyway, I'm trying to move the article in the correct page, following the style for other football teams articles. CapPixel 16:01, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
Where is the correct page here or U.S. Alessandria Calcio? I found the redirect had been tagged with a speedy delete. It seemed like a valid redirect so I removed the speedy rather than delete the page. If you want the material then just go through the history and retreive it. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 16:13, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
- The correct page should be this one, U.S. Alessandria Calcio 1912. CapPixel 16:37, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Merge
Ok. I moved U.S. Alessandria Calcio to here. The material that was here is now at U.S. Alessandria Calcio 1912/Temp. Let me know when you are done with it and I will delete it. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 16:46, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
- Well.. I don't see why the two articles should be merged, since they're exactly the same aricle. CapPixel 09:51, 18 June 2006 (UTC)
- I don’t understand what happened here, but the ‘other’ version seems to me to the Revision as of 07:40, April 23, 2006 of this article. I think it would be a good idea to copy and paste it into U.S. Alessandria Calcio 1912/Temp for the benefit of anyone who does want to work on merging in its information to the current article. But I won’t do that now, because it might just make the position still more confusing…. Ian Spackman 14:19, 18 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:US Alessandria logo.png
Image:US Alessandria logo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
