Thanks for your help in trying to make the article accurate. Our company is trying to become more familar with the policies and procedures for editing and we appreciate your help and expertise. There are now only two things on the page that we feel still show POV the first is the statement that we charge a high price for the machines. Price is relative and we believe we charge a reasonable price for a very high quality machine and high level of service. The other change we would like to make is remove the link to Rip Off Reports website. As witnessed in the Wikipedia article on the website there are many companies having problems with postings of inaccurate information on that site and we have made attempts to rebutt this information because it is totally false. We would like to be sure the information on Wikipedia is accurate and unbiased and linking to website like Rip Off report contributes to inaccuracies. I have not made these edits because at this point I want to ask for your opinion and help with this as I am a new user and admittedly am biased because I have first hand knowledge of what a great company this is. [edit] BBB Complaints

This article suggested that there were only 2 complaints were filed against this company in the last 10 years, however when I visited the BBB site, and they said that in just the last 36 months, there were 6 complaints processed about this company.
