they were looked upon as terrorists by the Yugoslavian authoroties in 1998-2000 when uçk (kosovo liberation army) was widely active in the province. A wide factoin of the force was converted into todays TMK (the Defencive Troops of Kosovo). It is unknown whether said force will develop further following a potential Independant Status of the province. 195.204.36.139 13:55, 4 November 2006 (UTC)
