Tzvetomir Matev (born on 22 July 1986) is a Bulgarian footballer currently playing for PFC Sliven and the Bulgarian under-21 national team. He was bought from FC Levski Sofia on 20 February 2008.

Just for one transfer window, Matev has changed two teams. Firstly on 03 January 2008 he was was bought from FC Haskovo to Levski Sofia. Then on 20 February 2008 he was sold to FC Sliven.
