Tyrone Timmons (born July 7, 1984 in Tampa, Florida) is an Arena football wide receiver for the Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena Football League[1]. He was originally signed by the Storm as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played college football at Mississippi Valley State.

Timmons Played QB at Tampa Bay Tech in Tampa, FL. As a junior he lead his team to the school's first ever District Championship in 2000. He was selected 2nd team All Western Conference and HM All County. As a senior he led his team to the Western Conference Championship and made a return trip to the playoffs. He was selected 2nd team All Western Conference, 2nd team All County, a National Football Foundation Scholar Athlete and was selected to the Hillsborough County East All Star Team.

At Mississippi Valley State, Timmons finished his career with 148 receptions, 2,285 yards and 17 touchdowns. He finished second all time to Jerry Rice in receptions and yards and is one of three receivers in school history to achieve 1,000 yards receiving in a season. He also was a two time All-SWAC selection and Division I-AA All-American in 2005 and 2006. Timmons was selected to play in the first annual Texas vs The Nation All-Star Game.
