It was recorded by Mats Karlsson in a rehearsing room on Fiskargatan in Nassjo sometime during 1989. It was during a school break and the community had arranged studio recrdings for rowdy kids who were into music to keep them occupied. All of the tracks wererecorded on their four-channel porta studio in their rehearsal room. The "technician' was singer/bassplayer Tobias Fischer, who had the best feel for the technical side and the biggest interest in switching the buttons. The reception room used to be a dentist's reception during the 50's and 60's. They played gigs under the name Tyrant and had a few local gigs in schools around town. Nicke Borg jumped school to come and see the gigs, and shortly thereafter started hanging around in the rehearsal room. Nicke actually sings background vocals on several of the demos.
