Tyrannosaurus Reich was a supervillain featured in DC Comics' Major Bummer #5. T. Reich was pulled to earth through a dimensional portal from a dimension of Nazi dinosaurs. He briefly wreaks havoc in the downtown before being driven back to his home dimension by a housecat which changes sizes when agitated.
Despite his brief appearance, T. Reich has a small but enthusiastic cult following. He is not considered part of the DC Comics main canon.
[edit] Dialogue
The comic features T.Reich speaking some German lines. Because most of them are solecistic it is obvious they were not written by a native speaker.
"Woher kommen all diese Äffchen denn?"
("Where do all these little monkeys come from?")
Should be: "Woher kommen denn all die Äffchen?"
"Fliegende Affen? Ich hab's Gefühl, ich bin nicht mehr in der Kaiserzeit."
("Flying apes? I've got the feeling that I'm not in the Kaiser's time anymore.")
Should be: "Fliegende Affen? Ich hab' das Gefühl, dass ich nicht mehr in der Kaiserszeit bin."
"Hab's" is an informal contraction of "habe es" (which means "have it" not "have the"), which would be common for spoken German, though not adequate for this sentence. It's more commonly used like the English "I've got it!" (Ich hab's!) with the same possible uses.
"Ich hab dir zugehört, mein kleiner Heuler--"
("I listened to you, my little whiner--")
Should be: "Ich hab' dir zugehört meine kleine Heulsuse--" The word "Heuler" is misused. "Heuler" can be translated with "seal pup". An informal translation for whiner is "Heulsuse".
A more corresponding translation would be:
"Ich hab' dich gehört, du kleine Memme--" - A "Memme" is something similar to a coward but in a more "whiny" sense.
--"Nun hör mal dies zu!"
(--"now listen to THIS!")
Should be: "Nun hör' dir das an!"
"Äängstlich!"
("Ooouch!" lit.: "Afraaiid!")
Should be: "Auuuuuh!"
"Heiliger *****! Eine saugroße Miezekatze läuft los in der Straße!"
("Holy ****! A giant cat is loose on the streets!")
Should be: "Eine riesige Katze läuft frei herum!"
