Rex King (レックス・キング?), known as Tyrannoclaw in the English dub, is one of the Nightmares raised and trained by Akuma Choujin Head Sunshine. His right arm is actually a Tyrannosaurus head and neck, known as the Jurassic Hand (ジュラシックハンド?).

Tyrannoclaw kills first-year graduate Barbarian by ripping him in half, then fights Terry the Kid as Kid Muscle referrees. As a dinosaur incarnation Choujin his weakness is coldness, and so he is defeated when Mantarou's "chillingly" bad jokes freeze him, allowing Terry Kenyon to shatter him with the Calf Branding.
