Note about sentence in article: Bob Gondor's and Randy Resh's convictions are no longer disputed. Resh was acquitted on retrial in April 2007. Gondor was scheduled for retrial, but nine days after Resh’s acquittal, charges against him were dropped. --Danras 05:09, 7 July 2007 (UTC)

your opinion; more generally, I'd say running away is an indication of fear, justified or not. But we're not retrying the case, just improving the article. DGG (talk) 02:33, 11 July 2007 (UTC)
