The name Ruby has been used for twelve tropical cyclones in the northwest Pacific Ocean.
- 1950's Typhoon Ruby
- 1954's Super Typhoon Ruby
- 1959's Tropical Storm Ruby (1959 TS 02)
- 1961's Tropical Storm Ruby (1961 TS 53)
- 1964's Typhoon Ruby (1964 TY 25) - struck near Hong Kong.
- 1967's Tropical Storm Ruby (1967 TS 01)
- 1970's Tropical Storm Ruby (1970 TS 04)
- 1972's Hurricane/Typhoon Ruby (1972 TY 30) - first typhoon to form east of the dateline in several years, not a threat to land
- 1976's Typhoon Ruby (1976 TY 07)
- 1982's Typhoon Ruby (1982 TY 05)
- 1985's Tropical Storm Ruby (1985 TS 14W) - struck Japan.
- 1988's Typhoon Ruby (1988 TY 23W) - affected Philippines and Hainan Island.
