This article is valid due to the high profile nature of Type2error's work and the companies that it has interacted with. please read the content and see that type2error have worked for the BBC, Sony BMG, EMI and Paul Smith. I feel that these are big companies and are note worthy because their output is seen/heard worldwide. Type2error have also won awards for their work and to regard these awards as unimportant is in my opinion a crime. A look at the company website (www.type2error.co.uk) will show you the printed media portfolio and the videography. Flassa99 16:03, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Removing Speedy Process

Regardless of the rightness or wrongness of the initial Speedy Deletion notice (and personally this company look notable enough to me) the notice should not, I suspect, have been unilaterally removed by The Kinslayer - the correct procedure as I understand it is to add a hangon tag and then allow consensus to build. StuartDouglas 16:09, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

Is that why the speedy tag says 'If you created this article, please do not remove this notice'? Sounds like I can do that if I didn't create the article if you ask me. Building consensus over a speedy delete seems to be an utter waste of time seeing as the next procedural step would be to move to an AfD, where every moves to establish a consensus as to whether the article should be deleted or kept. • That'll be why I said very carefully "I suspect" and "as I understand it" :-) You may well be right, although it's not something I've seen done before (I'm not sure what's to stop any user trying to avoid a speedy simply creating a sockpuppet and removing the SD notice). As I say though, you may be right and, in any case, this article doesn't strike me as speedy material. Cheers StuartDouglas 16:21, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
As a rule of thumb I personally restore a notice if it's been removed by IPs or newly registered users (the sort that with their first action remove a speedy delete, quite techinical for a newbie that usually!) I'm surprised you've said that you've never seen it though, as I've seen it very frequently, and the usual process is to move straight to AfD as you would for a prod. "the sort that with their first action remove a speedy delete, quite techinical for a newbie that usually!" - good point :-) StuartDouglas 16:50, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
