Tyne and Wear Museums

Tyne and Wear Museums is a regional group of United Kingdom national museums located across the Tyne and Wear area of north-east England.
Tyne and Wear Museums are responsible for managing 11 museums and galleries:
- Arbeia Roman Fort and Museum, South Shields
- The Discovery Museum, Newcastle upon Tyne
- Hancock Museum, Newcastle upon Tyne
- Laing Art Gallery, Newcastle upon Tyne
- Monkwearmouth Station Museum, Sunderland
- Segedunum Roman Fort and Museum, Wallsend
- Shipley Art Gallery, Gateshead
- South Shields Museum, South Shields
- Stephenson Railway Museum, North Shields
- Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens, Sunderland
- Washington 'F' Pit, Washington
They also share use of the Regional Museums Store at Beamish Museum.
