[edit] Leadwerks Script

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Leadwerks Script, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Thanks for uploading Image:Leadwerksdemoscene.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

[edit] Speedy deletion of List of Leadwerks Features

A tag has been placed on List of Leadwerks Features requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later." You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. [edit] Image tagging

I'm afraid you may be tagging images incorrectly. For example, at Image:Leadwerksdemoscene.jpg, you have applied the tag {{PD-self}}. This tag can only be used if you own the copyright to the image. Is that the case? Did you create the image? Pagrashtak 21:09, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

Can you please answer my question? If this is not made clear, your images may be deleted. Pagrashtak 14:24, 5 May 2008 (UTC)

I took this screenshot myself, so I am the author.

No—taking a screenshot does not give you the copyright. If Leadwerks owns the copyright to that image, you need to say so on the image page and apply the {{Non-free software screenshot}} tag. Please sign posts on talk pages by adding ~~~~ at the end. This will add your user name and a time stamp. Pagrashtak 19:50, 5 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Possibly unfree Image:Ssaoleadwerks.jpg

An image that you uploaded or altered, Image:Ssaoleadwerks.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree images because its copyright status is disputed. If the image's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the image description page. You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Pagrashtak 19:49, 14 May 2008 (UTC)

Replying to both of your proposed deletion of the images, I helped with creation of some aspects of the engine, and recieved permission to use these images. I don't see what is any different between these and say an image from Crysis or Half-Life 2...Tylerp9p (talk) 13:32, 22 May 2008 (UTC)

I asked you to fix the problem on the images on 5 May. I gave you nine days before I listed the images on Wikipedia:Possibly unfree images, the page for discussions about disputed source or licenses. I didn't propose deletion, that would be Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. If I had done that, the images would already be gone. I'm cutting you a lot of slack here, and I'd appreciate it if you'd stop treating me like your enemy. I find it funny that you're accusing me of "major bias", when you are the one with a clear conflict of interest. Pagrashtak 15:40, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
