Tyler Hicks

Tyler Hicks currently works as a staff photographer for The New York Times. He was named the newspaper photographer of the year by the Missouri School of Journalism's Pictures of the Year International contest in 2007.[1]. Before working at the times he did freelance work, as well as working for newspapers in North Carolina and Ohio. [2] Hicks has worked around the world in locations including Afghanistan, Lebanon, Israel, Camden, N.J. Hicks graduated from Boston University's School of Communication in 1992 with a degree in Journalism.[3]
