Walter Tyeson "Tye" Fields (born February 8, 1975, Missoula, Montana) is an American heavyweight boxer.

Before taking up boxing, Fields played college basketball and was a starter at forward for San Diego State University. Fields never was an amateur. Standing at 6 feet and 8 inches, the powerful southpaw is huge at 275lbs (125kg).
He has beaten opponents such as Saul Montana, Bruce Seldon, Sedreck Fields, Maurice Harris, Domonic Jenkins, Kendrick Releford and Roderick Willis. His only loss was to Jeff Ford. Fields knocked out his first 14 opponents in the first round, and has a total of 23 first round knockouts. He has won 4 regional titles. On December 20, 2007, at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, Fields knocked out Chris Koval in 43 seconds. Tye is scheduled to fight Monte Barrett on the Paquiao-Diaz undercard on June 28, 2008 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
