The Everly Brothers recorded Two Yanks in England for the Warner Brothers label (W/WS 1646) between 16 May and 2 June 1966. The backing band on most of the recordings are actually The Hollies and eight of the twelve songs featured are credited to 'L. Ransford' - The Hollies' songwriting pseudonym.

The Hollies have recorded: "So Lonely" (65), "Signs That Will Never Change" (67), "Like Everytime Before",(?)"I've Been Wrong Before" (65), "Have You Ever Loved Somebody"(67), "Don't Run and Hide" (66), "Fifi the Flea" (66)and "Hard Hard Year" (66).
