Two Egg, Florida

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Two Egg is a small unincorporated community in Jackson County, Florida, United States of America.

There are various stories as to the origin of the name, although most deal with the trading of eggs for goods at a local general store during the Great Depression.

Due to the whimsical nature of its name, it is somewhat of a tourist destination. T-shirts and souvenirs were sold at the town's only general store.

As of August 22, 2006, the general store is now closed.
