Two Conversations is the fifth studio album by indie rock band The Appleseed Cast, released in the U.S. on July 22, 2003 on Tiger Style Records. It divided many listeners and critics upon its release. While some saw the album's more conventional song structures, less diverse sonic palette and relationship-driven lyrics as a blatant artistic retreat after the intense, experimental Low Level Owl project, others praised it as an assured combination of the driving emo-rock of their earlier work subtly embellished with elements of the Low Level Owl sound.
