[edit] Independence movement vs. Political Party

Checco, please understand that this is not an election standing party... there are many different "groups" which form part of the movement, with the same goal. It fits perfectly with the English language, see also for older movements for different countries; Sri Lankan independence movement, Latvian independence movement and Puerto Rican independence movement for example - Gennarous (talk) 03:57, 29 March 2008 (UTC)

Well, if it something like Venetism, I can agree with you, but I can also say that this movement has no relevance in Italy and that the article should be deleted. --Checco (talk) 09:32, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
Checco, some parts of the movement has made the international news. When the Savoy's came to Napoli not long ago, the Neo-Bourbons were said to have burnt the Savoy flag and staged a protest. This is the thing I found about it;[1] originally from Yahoo.com (its near the botton of the page). - Gennarous (talk) 04:49, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
The link you gave us has nothing to do with the movement we are taling about. --Checco (talk) 07:21, 1 April 2008 (UTC)

It's just a club, I agree with Checco: this page should be deleted. If the page wouldn't be deleted, it should be marked as "indipendence movement" not "political party". Bye --Wento (talk) 10:23, 30 March 2008 (UTC)

I totally agree with you. --Checco (talk) 07:21, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
this is the right link: [[2]]. It represent just a club, not a political party. I'm not shure if it would be considered a movement. It has not claims nor civil act. Bye --Wento (talk) 11:05, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
I was wrong. See [3]... bye --Wento (talk) 11:12, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
What did you mean? --Checco (talk) 07:48, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

There's a real movemet as Gennarous wrote in the article. --Wento (talk) 11:25, 2 April 2008 (UTC)

Very unrelevant, for sure! I'm not sure that it deserves a Wikipedia article. --Checco (talk) 15:10, 7 April 2008 (UTC)
If Venetism is revelant to have an article, then this one certainly is. - Gennarous (talk) 18:31, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
I'm not shure too. --Wento (talk) 16:56, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

Keep them both- so that the entire world can see how insular, petty and provincial some Italians can be (that is, if anyone actually cares enough to come to these pages). This is the solution for a better, progressive society? Dionix (talk) 19:00, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

@Dionix: What are you talking about?
@Gennarous: Maybe you don't know that almost 30% of Venetians vote for Venetist parties. This is the big difference with your self-proclaimed Two Sicilies independence movement. Venetism is clearly encyclopedic, this article's movement I really don't know. Probably not. --Checco (talk) 22:08, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
