Twisted Trees

Coordinates: 52.783178° N 107.538533° W The Twisted Trees, Crooked Trees, or Crooked Trees of Alticane, are an unexplained grove of deformed aspen found in Saskatchewan, Canada. They are found a short distance north west of the town of Hafford, Saskatchewan and have drawn tourists from around the world.[1]

Biologists have been unable to explain the phenomenon which occurs on private land. Theories range from a rare genetic mutation, to UFO, or other paranormal explanations. Prominent in Saskatchewan folklore, the trees have as of yet eluded a conclusive explanation.[2] [3]
