Twisted Tower Dire is an American heavy metal band. Formed in Chantilly, Virginia in 1995 and are currently signed to Remedy Records.

The band stated their aim as "resurrecting True Heavy Metal"[1], drawing strong influence from Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Manowar and alike. In 1999 the band was able to record a self produced debut after a series of demo and split records.

Over the years, the band as played at many Metal festivals across America and even into Europe, including a spot at Wacken Open Air Festival in 2000.
