Twelve Mile Creek is a creek located primarily in Harborcreek Township in eastern Erie County, Pennsylvania.
This is a small creek and is not an approved trout stream. Its mouth can be accessed from Shorewood Drive, which is immediately north of Mooreheadville Road (Township Road 1006). From Route 5, turn south on Shorewood Drive to the lake. The creek will be to the east. There is parking available at the mouth in a dirt lot. This stream is stocked with Steelhead by the Pennsylvania Fish Commission and usually receives a heavy crowd of people during the season. There are falls just above Rt. 5 that prevents upstream steelhead migration, but conservation wearly anglers will be sometimes seen transporting steelhead via net above the falls for release.
