I'm a grandchild of someone in the 12th Army Group. His name was Edward John Collings Sr. or, as his friends called him Babe. I've been looking for any information on him that I could find, but have come up short every time. Now I ask you, whoever is reading this posting, if you know anyone or any place I could go to look for info. He was a bronze star winner, which he won for his actions in 1 February 1945 to 9 May 1945.
