Stephen Tvrtko II Kotromanić was a Bosnian ruler of medieval kingdom of Bosnia. He ruled as king from in 14041409, and again from 14211443. Tvrtko II was the son of Ban Tvrtko I of Bosnia and a member of the House of Kotromanić.

In 1404, the Bosnians under Hrvoje Vukčić replaced Stephen Ostoja Kotromanić by his brother, Tvrtko II, because of his poor rule.
