1. The image is a low-resolution screen shot from a 90 minuet television movie;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes about the interior of the TARDIS showing one of the many configurations of the TARDIS consol during the long run of the series;
3. No more free alternative exists;
4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the copyright holder's commercial use of the image in question.
