TV Cultura (Portuguese: Culture TV) is Brazilian television network seeded in São Paulo and a part of Fundação Padre Anchieta. It focuses on cultural subjects but also has sports as entertainment options.

TV Cultura was, as the first TV Station, founded in 1960, controlled by Diários Associados and Rede de Emissoras Associadas, owned by TV Tupi. In 1968, the São Paulo State Government bought TV Cultura from Associadas and reinaugurated them. It was founded by "Fundação Padre Anchieta - Centro Paulista de Rádio e TV Educativas" (Father Anchieta Foundation - São Paulo's Center of Radio and Educational TV) - by the government of São Paulo state in 1969, it's a private entity that has intellectual, political and administrative independence. The Foundation receives budget from private initiative, who maintains besides the TV Cultura, two radio broadcasting channels - Rádio Cultura AM and Rádio Cultura FM.

Inspired by their foundationers, the three broadcasting vehicles offers to the public, general interest information and educational content - to promote educational and culturam improvement from the viewers.

The TV programming listed in TV Cultura, are very similar to Japan's NHK Public Broadcasting Corporation. It also has 3rd party tv shows, such as Teletubies, Pingu, and Mundo de Beakman (Beakman's World) - this show was also transmitted to Brazil by TV Record and Boomerang.
