TV5 is an 24 hour Round-the-Clock Telugu News Channel Launched on October 2nd 2007 by Chiranjeevi,YS Rajasekhara Reddy and Chandra Babu Naidu.CEO of this Channel is Siva Rama Prasad and MD is BR Naidu.On March 8th 2008 Mohan babu launched its website which is to provide live news on internet.[1] The Ideology and Identity of this channel is to help telugu people in attaining five major basic needs Food, Clothing, Shelter, Health ,Education.The Channel airs 30 special news bulletins and has 294 special reporters in every constituency of the state, 8 outdoor broadcasts vans, 6 metro bureaus.[2]
