Tuvalu has competed in two editions of the Commonwealth Games to date, beginning in 2002.

Tuvalu is unranked on the all-time medal tally of the Commonwealth Games, having never won a medal.

For its first participation in the Games, in 2002, Tuvalu sent only a small delegation to compete in table tennis. In 2006, the country again fielded entries in table tennis, and was represented also by shooter Geoffery Ludbrook and weightlifter Esau Logona. No Tuvaluan has won a Commonwealth Game medal to date.
