Tuskerinni is a fictional character, a super-villain from the animated television series Darkwing Duck, produced by Disney. He is an anthropomorphic walrus. Tuskerninni is voiced by Kenneth Mars.

Tuskerninni is an ego-driven but failed Hollywood film director whose schemes are designed around films. He usually travels with a cadre of silent but efficient penguin sidekicks. He might be designed after the penguin from the DC comics Batman series.
